Details on our available services can be found below. We will always give you an accurate delivery day during the checkout process and we continue to offer FREE delivery to most UK addresses on orders over £250 (ex. VAT).

Our Delivery and Click & Collect Services

Here at Hancocks we not only offer the broadest range of wholesale sweets, chocolate and confectionery, but we also offer a range of delivery services at competitive prices. Serving the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, we use trusted and reliable couriers to deliver the best bulk confectionery when you need it.

Click & Collect

Did you know we have 14 wholesale stores located throughout the UK? Each of them offer a free Click & Collect service, too. Once you have finished adding the products you would like to your trolley, simply select the store you would like to collect your order from the delivery option page

Orders are usually ready to collect within 24 to 48 hours, but we always provide email notification once it is ready to collect. To avoid a wasted journey, please do not travel to store to collect your order before you have received this notification.

International Delivery

As a result of the logistical complications following Brexit we are currently unable to provide a reliable delivery service outside of the UK, N.I., Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do however, welcome orders over £1000 (ex. VAT) if you are able to arrange collection from our main distribution centre and make your own shipping arrangements. This service is available during the checkout process. All orders will include applicable UK VAT rate until Proof of Export (POE) is provided. Upon receipt of POE the value of the VAT incurred will be refunded. You can continue to shop with VAT exemption as long as we continue to receive valid POE for each order placed.

You are eligible for FREE standard delivery to a UK delivery address when you spend over £250 (ex. VAT). Orders under £250 (ex. VAT) are subject to a £10.99 delivery charge for this service. Orders for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man are subject to a £19.99 delivery charge for this service for orders over £250 (ex. VAT) and £29.99 delivery charge when the order value is less than £250 (ex. VAT). Please note: Aberdeen postcodes AB31-35 and AB41-45 are classed as Highlands addresses by our courier partners. The price reflects the premium charged by couriers to the Highlands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland. Wherever possible, orders under £500 will be delivered by DPD. We believe in using the best and DPD remains the most innovative parcel carrier. Thanks to their industry leading Predict service, we provide our customers with a one hour delivery window and they are notified by text and email, so you won't have to wait in all day. What's more, it enables you to track the progress of your delivery on a real-time map – all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot. Higher value orders are generally despatched on pallets. This is a "kerbside" delivery and someone will need to be available to unload the pallet if it cannot be left loaded.
